摘要
目的了解非内分泌科室护理人员胰岛素相关知识掌握程度,为规范化胰岛素管理提供参考依据。方法将自行设计问卷,对非内分泌科室护理人员进行调查。结果非内分泌科护理人员对胰岛素知识掌握的整体水平较差。其中护理人员所在的科室和是否学习过胰岛素知识是影响其掌握胰岛素知识程度的主要因素。内外科系统的护理人员之间存在显著差异(P<0.05);在是否学过胰岛素知识方面比较有显著差异(P<0.05);而临床一线护士和护士长之间比较也有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论非内分泌科护理人员对胰岛素知识的掌握普遍较差,不能很好的为注射胰岛素的糖尿病患者进行正确的健康指导。护理管理者在以后的工作中应加强非内分泌科护理人员胰岛素知识的培训。
Objective to investigate clinical nurses＇ knowledge about insulin at non-endocrine department, and then to give a reference for standardization management of insulin. Methods A self-designed questionnaire had been made and given to nurses at non-endocrine department. Results All nursing staff knowledge at the endocrine office were poor. Whether nursing staff at the department had learned insulin knowledge or not was the main factors that would affect how much knowledge of insulin would be grasped. There were significant differences between nursing staff at physician department and those at surgical department （P〈0.05）：There was significant difference about whether they had learned insulin knowledge （P〈0.05）：There were obvious differences between nurses and head nurses （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing staffs at non-endocrine department have generally poor knowledge on insulin, which can＇t be good for correct guidance for diabetics. Training of nursing staff at non-endocrine department about insulin knowledge should be strengthened later.
