摘要
功能性红曲米含有Monacolin K,常作为一味能调节人体血脂水平的传统中药,实验采用响应面法对红曲米中Monacilin K的提取条件进行优化。结果表明:当提取条件为乙醇浓度67%,提取时间65min,温度43℃,料液比116,功率150 W时,提取的Monacolin K预测值为21.02mg·g-1,实际检测值为21.00mg·g-1,比商家提供的含量提高了40%。
Functional red yeast rice is often used as a kind of traditional Chinese medicine to regulatethe lev- el of lipid. Monacolin K is considered as a key contents in it. In this study,Box-Behnken experimentswere designed to optimize the extraction conditions on the basis of the single factor experiments. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows. Monacolin K was extracted using 67% of ethanol solution with the ratio of material to solvent at 1 : 16 for 65min by ultra sonification(150W),and the predictive value of Monacolin K was 21.02 mg · g^-1 under this condition. The verification value was 21.00 mg · g^-1 ,which was increased by 40% than that given by the manufacturer.
