摘要
随着计算机网络技术的飞速发展,我国各行各业都广泛的使用计算机进行辅助管理,但是根据现有的运作状态分析,总体体现了一个良莠不齐的状态。本文首先对用户需求进行分析,明确设计方向,然后对系统所具备的功能和可行性进行了详细阐述,最后设计出本系统总体构架。旨在通过本系统的设计与实现,简化人事管理工作流程,增加管理者与员工之间的沟通与了解。
With the rapid development of computer network technology, our country from all walks of life are widely used computer aided management, but according to the existing operation state analysis, the overall embodies a state of good and bad are intermingled. At first, this paper analyzes the user requirements, design direction, then the function and feasibility of the system have the detail, finally the system overall structure design. Through the design and implementation of this system, simplify the personnel management work flow, increase the communication and understanding between the managers and employees.
