摘要
以法国梧桐(Londinensi planum ligna)种子作为材料,采用发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等生理指标研究低温处理不同天数对已经经过低温预处理的法国梧桐种子萌发的影响.结果表明:经过低温预处理的法国梧桐种子在室温条件下萌发率较低,发芽率为27%,重复低温(5℃)处理后在室温条件下的萌发率更低,处理1 d的发芽率为14%,处理5 d的发芽率为13%,处理10 d的发芽率仅为8%.同时发芽势、发芽指数在此条件下也相对较低.低温对将要萌发的法国梧桐种子能产生明显的抑制作用.
The germination rate,germination potential and germination index of Londinenisi planum ligna seed treated with low temperature by different number of days were investigated in this paper.The results showed that L.planum ligna seed after low temperature had low germination rate at room temperature,germination rate was 27%,the germination rate of repeated low temperature seed was lower at room temperature,treated with 5 ℃ one day,the germination rate was 14%,treated with 5 ℃ five days,the germination rate was 13%,treated with 5 ℃ ten days,the germination rate was only 8%.And germination potential,germination index was relatively low in this condition.So low temperature for germination to L. planum ligna seeds can produce great negative effects.
