新西兰大白兔脊髓血供的解剖学研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解新西兰大白兔脊髓血供的节段性特点,为新西兰大白兔选择性麻醉模型的建立提供解剖学基础。方法采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯血管铸型方法,观察于第12胸椎至第1腰椎(T12~L1)水平结扎主动脉,并于一侧股动脉进行血管灌注后,红色有机物在脊髓的分布范围。结果当肝脏上部的下腔静脉及T12~L1水平主动脉被结扎后,通过一侧股动脉进行血管灌注时,有机颜料主要分布于腰骶段脊髓,并且最高不会超过胸髓中段(T9)。结论吸入麻醉药也会随着股动脉的血流进入腹主动脉,最后选择性作用于腰骶段脊髓。这为后续的新西兰大白兔选择性麻醉模型的建立提供解剖学基础。
