摘要
"互联网+"健康医疗的时代,意味着各种数据的开源开放,也蕴含着信息与隐私泄露的风险。梳理了数据开放的整体趋势,以及国内外患者信息与隐私保护相关的法律法规,并在此基础上提出在开放的时代,保护患者信息与隐私安全的各种措施与配套法律法规缺一不可。
Healthcare industry, in the new era of internet, also seeing as healthcare IT development, is now under double pressure of official open data and information leakage of patients which is never seen before. This article is dedicated to emphasize the importance and urgency of patient privacy protection and make a suggestion on how to get started in such open time through listing relative laws and regulations home and abroad.
