摘要
目的掌握郑州机场口岸鼠类种群构成和季节变化,为防治工作提供依据。方法 2014年1月-12月,采用鼠夹法和鼠笼法调查鼠的种群构成、密度、生境分布和季节消长等情况。结果本次调查共捕鼠类18只,经分类鉴定隶属于1科3属5种,黄胸鼠为优势鼠种,占50%;其次为褐家鼠,占33.33%;小家鼠、黑家鼠和黑线姬鼠各占5.56%。室内鼠种以黄胸鼠为主,褐家鼠、小家鼠在室外均有分布。鼠密度季节消长明显,冬夏增长较快,以11-12月份鼠密度最高,年度鼠密度为0.157%。结论郑州机场口岸鼠密度较低,应继续加强鼠害监测与防治工作,防止病媒传染病发生。
Objective To investigate the species composition,density and seasonal fluctuation of rats at Zhengzhou airport Port,and to provide evidence for rat-borne diseases prevention. Methods The rats trap cages and night-trapping method were used to collect rats in 2014. Results A total of 18 rats were captured and classified as 1family 3 genus 5 species. The Rattus flavipectus,which accounts to 50%,was the dominant species, followed by Rattus norvegicus(33.33%),Apodemus agrarius(5.56%),Mus musculus(5.56%) and Rattus rattus(5.56%). Density was significant difference on the season,it's growing rapidly in summer and winter. The highest density of rats appears in December and November,and the average annual density was 0.157%. Rattus flavipectus was the major species indoor,Rattus flavipectus and Mus musculus were captured outdoor. Conclusion The rat density of Zhengzhou airport Port was low relatively,but it's necessary to strengthen the rats surveillance.
