摘要
稳健的高校图书馆人际关系是其得以存续前行的稳固基石,舍此一径,别无他途。今时高校图书馆系统堪称庞杂,欲实现科学有序管理及全面发挥其隐性与显性的服务职能,必须通晓其稳健人际关系的内涵、建构意义及其性征,方可有的放矢、助推高校图书馆良性有序人际关系的构建。
A sound interpersonal relationship of a university library is the only solid foundation for the survival and progress of the library. The current university library system is complex,therefore, in order to realize scientific and orderly management and give full play to its implicit and explicit service functions, we must have a thorough knowledge of the connotation, constructive significance and characteristics of a sound interpersonal relationship, thus pertinently promoting the construction of a sound interpersonal relationship of university library.
