摘要
目的:分析对晚期肿瘤患者应用超细化护理模式的临床效果。方法:将220例晚期肿瘤患者分为观察组及对照组,每组各110例。给予对照组常规的护理,给予观察组超细化护理模式,对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组应用护理后的护理效果及患者满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超细化的临床护理方法可以有效地降低不良事件的发生,提升患者的生活质量及满意度,提高护理效果,同时也提升了护理人员的综合素质,适宜在晚期肿瘤患者中推广应用。
Objective To analysis application in patients with advanced cancer greatly enhanced the clinical effect of nursing mode. Method 220 cases of patients with advanced tumors were divided into observation group and control group,110 cases in each group,control group was given routine nursing care,observe group was given ultrafine nursing mode compared two groups of nursing effect. Results Observation group after nursing effect of nursing and patients satisfaction were higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing methods of ultrafine can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve the quality of life of patients and satisfaction,improve the effect of nursing,but also promote the comprehensive quality of nursing staff and suitable for popularization and application in the patients with advanced tumors.
