摘要
液压抽油机以其较好的节能特性受到国内外采油工程技术人员的高度关注。随着液控技术的不断发展,各种形式的液压抽油机不断被推陈出新。针对近年来开发的基于二次调节技术并兼有重力势能回收特性的双井液压抽油机的动力单元机械特性展开建模和分析。采用梯形速度目标曲线分析文献中液压抽油机动力单元的机械特性,分析表明电机输出转矩突变点与活塞杆运行速度拐点同步,当其运行速度到达最大时,电机瞬时输出转矩到达峰值。模型为该型液压抽油机电机选型以及其他功率回收型液压抽油机机械特性分析提供参考。
Hydraulic pumping unit with its better energy-saving features are highly followed by domestic and foreign oil production engineers. With the development of hydraulic control technology, various forms of hydraulic pumping units are developed constantly. Modeling and analysis of the mechanical characteristics of hydraulic pumping unit applied to double oil wells which is developed in recent years and based on secondary regulation technology and having the ability of retrieving gravitational potential energy are done in this paper. Analysis of the mechanical char- acteristics of hydraulic pumping power unit is carried out by target speed trapezoidal curve. The analysis showed that the inflection of torque point produced by motor and the piston rod speed synchronizes, when the piston rod speed reaches the maximum speed, the motor instantaneous output torque reaches a peak. The model can be reference for the selection of the hydraulic pumping unit motor and analysis of mechanical characteristics of other hydraulic pumping units charactered power recovery.
