摘要
云南为地震多发地区,昆明南站高架候车层梁柱节点由下部大型十字型钢骨转换为圆钢柱,经过有限元分析及三维BIM设计,在十字下节柱和圆管型上节柱之间连接一个中空的转换节点,节点外围有钢筋混凝土环梁包裹。这种结构的转换节点不仅截面过渡性好,而且应力集中现象不明显,结构设计能满足现行国家和铁路规范9度抗震的要求。另外,对工程中的施工难点及关键施工技术进行了研究,并采取了针对性的解决措施,取得了良好的效果。
Yunnan province is an earthquake prone area. The beam-column at the waiting layer in the South Kunming Station is a large cross to circle steel column,which is connected by the hollow transfer joint in the bottom cross column and the top circle column. The outer of the joint is enveloped by reinforcement concrete. This transfer joint not only has smooth transitional character,but also has little concentrated stress. The joint structure can meet the requirement for nine degree earthquake in the related standards. In addition, the construction difficulties and key construction technologies are researched and some solutions are put forward,which gains good effect.
