摘要
针对现有矿井主要通风机在线监测系统中风量参数在线不易标定、取压管易堵塞、无法辨识正反风向及无法保证长期运行的准确性与稳定性等问题,设计了基于超声波测量流量原理、利用多声道超声时差法的多声道超声波主通风机风量在线监测系统,详细介绍了系统结构组成、工作原理及功能特性。
On the basis of briefly introducing the current air flow measurement system of mine main ventilator in China, in view of the existing problems in main ventilator on - line monitoring system, such as uneasy to calibrating air parameters online, easily blocked the pressure sampling tube, can not distinguish the positive and negative direction, in addition, can not guarantee the accuracy of long- term operation, muhi -channel ultrasonic time difference method is used to design main ventilator air volume monitoring system based on Ultrasonic flow measurement principle and the structure, working principle and function of the system is introduced in detail.
