摘要
目的探讨丹参多酚酸盐联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及其对TCD的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和实验组各60例。给予对照组患者注射用丹参多酚酸盐200mg,生理盐水或5%葡萄糖250mL溶解稀释,静脉滴注,1次/d;实验组在对照组的基础上给予依达拉奉30mg加生理盐水100mL静滴,2次/d。其他常规治疗措施对照组和实验组相同,疗程均为14d。观察用药前后两组NIHSS评分变化情况、总有效率、TCD各项指标参数变化情况。结果治疗后两组患者NIHSS评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),实验组治疗后NIHSS评分(10.28±4.78)下降较对照组(13.52±4.82)明显,差异有显著性(P<0.05);实验组总有效率89.99%,显著高于对照组66.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组PI和RI明显改善(P<0.01),实验组改善更为明显,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显副作用。结论丹参多酚酸盐联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效好,安全性高,能有效改善脑血流量。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of salvianolate combined with edaravone in treating acute cerebral infarction and its influence on the TCD. Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarc- tion were evenly randomized into salvianolate group (control group) and salvianolate+edaravone group (experimental group). The control group were intravenously infused with injected 200 mg salvianolate, and 250 ml 0.9% sodium chloride or 5% glucose, once a day; experimental group were administered sim- ultaneously 30 mg edaravone plus saline infusion 100 ml, twice a day, in addition to the same treatment as control group there were no difference in other conventional treatment between the two groups. The treatment lasted 14 days. NIHSS score changes before and after treatment, the total effective rate, and changes in the parameters of the TCD in two groups were observed. Results After treatment, NIHSS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P〈0.05). The NIHSS scores (10. 28±4. 78) of experimental group after treatment decreased significantly compared with those (13.52 ±4.82) of the control group (P〈0.05). The total effective rate of experimental group (89.99%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.66%) (P〈0.05). After treatment, PI and RI of both groups significantly were improved (P〈0.01), and the experimental group was improved more sig- nificantly than control group (P〈0.05). There were no obvious side effects in both groups. ConclusionTreatment of acute cerebral infarction with salvianolate combined with edaravone has better clinical efficacy and safety, and can effectively improve cerebral blood flow.
