摘要
涡流工具能有效地解决气井积液问题,针对目前涡流工具适用条件和涡流携液效率影响因素认识不清,工具结构参数优选主要依据经验的问题,运用Ansys流体模拟软件采用欧拉原理,建立涡流工具气液两相流场模型,对涡流工具结构参数进行敏感性分析,结果表明:出口峰值速度随导程的增加而增加,槽深的增加而减小,随槽宽的增加而减小。最后运用正交实验得到了不同气液比条件下涡流工具的最优参数,该结果可以有效地指导涡流工具结构参数的优化设计。
At present,the vortex tools can effectively solve the problem of gas effusion.Since current the eddy instrument applicable conditions and factors affecting the efficiency of vortex liquid are unclear and optimizing tool structure parameters are on the basis of experience,making the use of Ansys fluid simulation software which based on Euler principle and establishing the tool model of two-phase flow vortex.The result of sensitivity analysis on structural parameters of eddy current instrument show that the export peak velocity increasing as lead increasing,the export peak velocity decreasing as the groove depth increasing,the export peak velocity decreasing as the slot width increasing.Finally got the optimal parameters than the eddy current instrument different gas-liquid by orthogonal experiment,which the optimal design results can effectively guide the structure parameters of the current tool.
