摘要
为减少发动机冷却系统总功耗,从冷却液温度的角度,对系统最小总功耗进行理论分析。应用商用仿真软件GT-Cool建立发动机冷却系统一维仿真模型。通过调整节温器位置布置和电子风扇、电子水泵的控制策略,根据GT-Cool软件仿真计算结果,获得使系统总功耗最低的冷却系统优化方案。结果表明,节温器布置在发动机入水口,目标发动机入水口温度为95℃、发动机进出水口温差为7℃时,系统总耗功最低,为378.76k J。
To reduce the total power consumption of the engine cooling system, the minimum to- tal power consumption of the engine cooling system was theoretically analyzed. With simulation soft- ware GT - Cool, the one - dimensional simulation model of the cooling system was established for a diesel engine. Adjustmentof the thermostat mounting position as well as the control strategyof the E - fan and the E - Pump brings an optimized plan in which the cooling system consumes lowest power according to calculation results from GT - Cool software. The resuk showed that total power con- sumption could reach the lowest value to 378.76kJwhen the thermostat was mounted near the water inlet of the engine, and the targetcoolant temperature at the inlet was 95 ℃ and the target coolant temperature difference between the water inlet and outlet was 7℃.
