摘要
教师教学方式的转变与广泛的背景特征有关。采用问卷法考察了462名中小学教师的背景特征、人格与教学方式转变的关系,研究表明:教师教学方式转变富于成效且具有普遍性;教师教学方式转变成效在职务、学历、职称、工作负担、班级人数、培训上均存在显著差异;不同人格类型教师教学方式转变成效差异显著。外倾、情绪稳定的非精神质教师比内倾、情绪不稳定的精神质教师教学方式转变更富有成效。
The change of teachers' teaching methods is related to their different background characteristics. A questionnaire referring to 462 primary and middle school teachers is adopted to investigate the relationship of change among background characteristics,personality and teaching methods. The results show that the change of teachers' teaching methods attains obviously effective consequences varying from the different factors such as position,education background,title,teaching task,number of students,training and that the differences of effect are obvious in teachers with different personalities.In addition,the change of teaching methods involved in the teachers who are extroverted and stable in emotion has better obvious effects than those who are introverted and unstable in emotion.
