提升机动卫勤分队急进高原后自身保障效能的实践与思考 被引量:3

摘要 机动卫勤分队自身保障能力建设是提高伴随保障效能的前提,只有形成拉得上、站得住、展得开的分队,才能保证救得下、救得快、救得好。笔者总结多次高原卫勤保障任务的实践,分析高原卫勤保障的难点和主要做法,并从方案编制、人员编配、系统训练等方面思考对策,以提高自身卫勤保障效能。 The own construction of self-support is the premise for mobile medical service team to improve the efficiency of security along the team. Only if the team has high executing ability, can it ensure the efficiency of rescue. Multiple practices of plateau medical support tasks were summarized, and difficulties and main practices of plateau on medical logistics support were analyzed. Some methods were provided to improve supporting effectiveness, as follows: programme preparation, personnel selection, training system and aspects.
