摘要
通过对浙江路桥纵梁截取得到的32根锈蚀钢板试件进行拉伸试验,研究了锈蚀钢板各项力学性能变化规律,发现随着锈蚀程度的增加,钢板的弹性模量基本保持不变,而钢板的屈服强度、极限强度、极限伸长率近似按照线性关系发生退化,屈服平台逐渐缩短直至消失。在本次试验的特点上,提出了以试件最大失厚率作为钢板锈蚀程度表征值,并建立了屈服强度与锈蚀程度拟合关系的下边界线方法,为老化钢结构鉴定加固提供参考。
The mechanical properties of corroded steel bars were studied by tension tests on 32 corroded steel plates from the intercept of longitudinal beam of Zhejiang Road Bridge. It was concluded that the elasticity modulus of the steel plates remained relatively constant,the yield strength,the ultimate strength and the ultimate strain of the steel plates deteriorated approximately in liner relationship,and the yield plateau of the steel plates became shorter or even disappeared with the development of the corrosion. Based on the test features,setting the max thick loss rate of specimens as the characterization value of steel plates was put forward,and the bottom boundary line on the relationship between yield strength and corrosion degree was established,which could be a reference for assessment and reinforcement of aging steel structures.
