摘要
目的:利用正交试验设计研究复方小钻凝胶的提取工艺条件。方法:以加水量、提取次数、提取时间为考察因素,以乙醇浸出物为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,优选最佳提取工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为用8倍量水提取二次,每次1.5h。结论:优选的工艺稳定可行,乙醇浸出物总量较高。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process for Compound Xiaozhun by orthogonal design. Method: With the amount of water, extraction time, and extraction times as factors, with the ethanol soluble extraction as indexes, conditions for extraction process were optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test. Results: The optimum extraction process conditions were as follows: 8 volumes of water, extracting for two times with 1.5 h for once. Conclusions: The optimized extraction technology is stable and feasible.
