摘要
建立系统、有效、可行和可比较的毕业生就业质量评价指标体系是实施高职院校毕业生就业质量年度报告的前提。在广泛查阅有关文献及研究的基础上,运用德尔菲法建立指标体系,通过问卷调查等途径获取相关数据并实施评价,并借助SPSS统计软件对评价数据进行分析,将评价结果与各专业就业的实际情况进行对比分析,结果显示该评价指标体系是可行和有效的,有助于高职院校据此提升人才培养水平。
Establishing a systematic,effective,viable and comparable graduate employment quality evaluation system is the prerequisite for the implementation of vocational college graduates' employment quality annual report. Based on the related reference researches and experts' opinions,the author uses the Delphi method in this paper to establish a index system,evaluates it on the basis of the data from questionnaires and analyzes the evaluation statistics through the software IBMSPSS,as well as compares the evaluation to the actual employment. The results show that the evaluation system is feasible and effective,and this system is helpful to improve the cultivating level of students in higher vocational colleges.
