摘要
目的:用微剪切实验测评Er:YAG激光照射对1步法自酸蚀粘接系统在颈部牙本质的长期粘接效果的影响。方法:30颗离体磨牙切割获60片颈部牙本质切片,随机分为对照组(#600沙砾磨砂纸打磨)和激光组(Er:YAG激光照射)。每切片粘接8个树脂柱(Tri-S Bond),24h、7d、6月、1年后测微剪切粘接强度,one-way ANOVA和t-test统计分析结果(P=0.05)。走查扫描电镜观察粘接破折面。结果:Er:YAG激光照射牙本质表面呈鳞片状,激光组在6个月和1年后的粘接强度显著下降,低于该组24h和7d后,也低于对照组的结果。结论:Er:YAG激光照射影响了Tri-S Bond在颈部牙本质的长期粘接强度。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Er:YAG laser irradiation on micro-shear bond strength of an all-in--one bonding system for cervical dentin over a period of 1year.Methods:Sixty cervical dentin slices obtained from extracted human third molars were prepared.After surface treatments by Er:YAG laser irradiation or600-grit silicon paper polishing,the micro-shear bond strength of Tri-S Bond to cervical dentin were tested after24hours(24H),7days(7D),6months(6M)and 1year(1Y).The results were statistically analyzed using oneway ANOVA and t-test.Results:It was showed that bond strengths of lased dentin after 6Mand 1Ywere significantly lower than those of other groups.Conclusion:Er:YAG laser irradiation influenced the bond strength of TriS Bond to cervical dentin after 6months and 1year.
