PPE旅游人才培养理念和课程空间模型及启示 被引量:5

摘要 自学界围绕旅游职业教育与通识教育的关系论战以来,通识和职业教育的平衡日益成为旅游学界关注的重点课题。Tribe提出的PPE(philosophic practitioner education)旅游人才培养理念和课程理论,融知识、技能和实践智慧目标为一体,其核心原则在当下仍然有效。基于PPE的旅游课程空间修正模型,增补原PPE模型中应有的动态部分,反映利益相关者力场对课程空间的影响,确认旅游最小核心课程空间的一般位置。该模型作为一种概念性、反思性和决策性工具,对中国旅游教育具有良好的应用价值与探索空间。
