摘要
在大数据上升到国家战略的时代背景下,充分挖掘电信大数据应用价值对于完善社会信用体系具有重要的意义。应用多指标聚类系数方法,提出了一套基于电信大数据的信用评价体系构建方法,探讨了信息安全及隐私保护策略,并对商业模式进行了研究。该信用评价体系已与相关企业开展了商务合作。
Under the background of the era in which big data has risen to the national strategy level, fully tapping the value of Telecom big data application is of great significance to improve the social credit system. In this paper, a method of constructing a credit evaluation system based on Telecom big data was proposed using the method of multi index clustering coefficient, and the information security and privacy protection strategy were discussed, then the business model was studied. The credit evaluation system was carried out with some relevant enterprises in practice.
