摘要
针对低压配电网谐波污染问题,提出了一种具有滤波功能的磁集成式10k V箱式变电站。并且为解决空心电抗器和铁心电抗器的不足之处,设计了一种适用于箱式变电站的滤波电抗器,其集成于配电变压器之中,由匝数相等的两段线圈反向串联连接而成,具有线性度好、体积小以及噪声低等优点。首先介绍了具有滤波功能的10k V箱式变电站的详细方案设计;其次分析了滤波电抗器与变压器绕组之间以及不同滤波电抗器之间的退耦技术;另外推理证明了滤波电抗器具有漏电感特性;最后对一台300k V·A的试验样机进行测试,测试结果表明集成式滤波电抗器具有良好的线性度以及低耦合度,验证了新型10k V箱式变电站良好的滤波效果。
To solve the harmonic pollution in low-voltage distribution system, a magneticintegrated 10 k V prefabricated substation with filtering function is proposed in this paper. Moreover, to cover the shortages of the air-core reactor and iron-core reactor, a different kind of reactor suitable for prefabricated substation is designed. The designed reactor is made up of two reverse series coils with the same number of turns, and is integrated in the distribution transformer. The integrated reactor has the advantages of good linearity, small volume, and low noise. Firstly, the detailed scheme of the 10 k V prefabricated substation with filtering function is introduced. Secondly, the decoupling techniques between the filtering reactors and transformer windings or among different filtering reactors are analyzed. What is more, the leakage inductance characteristic of the filtering reactors is proved. Finally, a 300 k VA experimental prototype is tested. The results show that the integrated filtering reactors have good linearity and low coupling, and the new 10 k V substation has good filtering effect.
