摘要
研究了一种X80M管线钢在不同奥氏体化温度下,奥氏体晶粒的长大规律以及Nb、Ti的固溶析出行为。研究结果表明,随着奥氏体化温度的升高,Nb、Ti的固溶量逐渐增加。1120~1150℃时,奥氏体晶粒细小均匀且增加缓慢;1165℃时,局部奥氏体晶粒发生粗化现象;1180℃时,奥氏体平均晶粒尺寸显著增大,且出现明显不均匀现象;1195~1210℃时,奥氏体晶粒不均匀现象更明显,晶粒更加粗大。
Grain growth behavior of austenite and solution precipitation behavior ofNb, Ti were studied in X80M pipeline steel under different austenitizing temperature. The results show that solid solubility of Nb, Ti increases gradually with the increase of austenitizing temperature. At 1120-1150℃, austenitic grain size is small, uniform and increases slowly. At 1165℃, partial of austenite grain produces coarsening; at 1180℃, the average austenite grain size increases significantly and grain size is not uniform obviously; at 1195-1210℃, austenitic grain size is more no-uniform and more coarse.
