摘要
为了克服汽车车身钢结构的总重偏重、工艺复杂等缺点,从汽车轻量化的角度出发,采用镁合金来替代某汽车前车体的钢结构来进行研究。介绍了镁合金材料在总重上的优势,以及镁合金的制造工艺,提出其在工艺上的优势。最后通过有限元分析软件进行结构疲劳耐久性能分析。结果表明,采用镁合金材料在保证车身疲劳耐久性能的基础上,实现了汽车车身的轻量化。通过此次研究也为汽车车身轻量化设计在关注疲劳耐久性上提供了参考。
In order to overcome the shortcoming of steel structure of car body, such as higher mass, complex process, from the perspective of automotive lightweight steel structure, magnesium alloy was used to replace the carry out body to carry out exploration and research. The advantages of magnesium alloy materials in the total mass were introduced. Then, the manufacturing process of magnesium alloy was introduced, the advantage of technology was put forward. Finally the durability of structural fatigue was analyzed by finite element analysis software. The results show that, by using magnesium alloys, based on ensuring the fatigue and durability of the body, the implementation of lightweight car body can be realized. The study can provide reference for automotive lightweight design in fatigue and durability.
