摘要
研究了稀土元素La对汽车用镁合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,镁合金中La含量增加到0.15%时,除了α-Mg和β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相外,开始生成Al_(11)La_3相。La元素能细化镁合金晶粒。La元素的添加能提高镁合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度,当La添加量达到0.45%时,抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别达到273、213 MPa和16.0%。La元素的添加能降低镁合金失重腐蚀速率,添加量为0.15%La时,镁合金腐蚀速率最小。
Abstract: The effects of rare earth La on the microstructure and properties of Mg alloy were studied. The results show that when the La content in Mg alloy increases to 0.15 %, in addition to α-Mg and β-Mg17Al12, Al11La3 phase appears. The addition of La element can improve the tensile strength and yield strength of magnesium alloys, as La content reaches 0.45%, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation reach 273 MPa, 213 MPa and 16.0%, respectively. The addition of La element can reduce the mass loss corrosion rate of magnesium alloy. When the adding amount is 0.15% La, the corrosion rate of magnesium alloy is minimal.
