Microstructure and Properties of Fe_(60)Nb_(13)Ti_(13)Ta_(13) Amorphous Alloy Powder on 45 Steel by Laser Cladding

摘要 采用激光熔覆在45钢表面进行不同工艺参数的Fe_(60)Nb_(13)Ti_(13)Ta_(13)非晶合金粉末熔覆试验。使用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对涂层的微观组织形貌、物相组成进行分析,使用显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机对涂层的显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能进行检测。结果表明:涂层与基体材料冶金结合良好,无明显裂纹等缺陷。涂层组织为细小的α-Fe过饱和固溶体等轴晶和少量的非晶相。涂层平均硬度为873 HV,约为基体材料的4倍。涂层耐磨性也明显优于基体材料。 Fe60Nb13Ti13Ta13 amorphous alloy powder was cladded by laser cladding technology on the surface of 45 steel with different process parameters. Microstructure and phase composition of the coating were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffxaction. The micro-hardness and the wear resistance properties were measured using Vickers micro-hardness tester and wear testing machine. The results show that the coating and the substrate have good metallurgical bonding, and the coating has no obvious cracks and other defects. The microstructure of the coating is small equiax crystal of α-Fe supersaturated solid solution and a small amount of amorphous phase. The average micro-hardness of the coating is 873 HV, which is approximately 4 times as much as that of the substrate. The wear resistance of the coating is better than that of the substrate.
