摘要
目的观察低分子肝素治疗复发性流产患者妊娠期异常子宫动脉血流时对肝功能的影响。方法选择2014年10月至2015年10月我院产科门诊就诊的60例妊娠期异常子宫动脉血流的复发性流产患者作为研究对象,按照每日使用低分子肝素(依诺肝素钠)剂量的不同将其分为小剂量组(4 000 IU,1次/d,20例)、中剂量组((4 000 IU,2次/d,20例)及大剂量组((4 000IU,3次/d,20例),比较连续使用2周、4周后3组复发性流产妊娠患者肝功能的情况。结果小剂量组、中剂量组连续使用低分子肝素2周、4周后谷丙转氨酶及谷草转氨酶未见明显异常(P>0.05);大剂量组连续使用低分子肝素2周后谷丙转氨酶及谷草转氨酶即出现明显异常(P<0.05)。结论使用大剂量低分子肝素治疗复发性流产患者妊娠期异常子宫动脉血流时影响其肝功能,在用药的过程中需同时监测肝功能,防止严重肝损伤的发生。
Objective To observe the effect of low molecular heparin therapy on the liver function of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with abnormal uterine artery blood flow during pregnancy. Methods A total of 60 recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with abnormal uterine artery blood flow during pregnancy admitted in Shengjing Hospital during October 2014 to October 2015 were recruited in the study. According to the different daily use of low molecular heparin(in accordance with heparin sodium)dose,the patients were divided into small dosage group(one piece,20cases),middle dosage group(two pieces,20 cases),and large dose group(three pieces,20 cases). The liver function of three groups after continuous use the low molecular heparin for two weeks and four weeks were recorded and compared. Results There was no significantly difference of the liver function between small dose group and middle dose group after continuous use the low molecular heparin for two weeks and four weeks(P〉0.05). The liver function of large dose group after continuous use the low molecular heparin two weeks was significantly different(P〈0.05). Conclusion Administration of large dose low molecular heparin in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with abnormal uterine artery blood flow during pregnancy will affect the liver function. The liver function should be monitored during the clinical application of low molecular heparin,so as to prevent liver injury.
