摘要
与职业资格的衔接,既是专业学位设立的重要目的,也是专业学位发展的主要瓶颈。结合图书情报专业硕士"文献保护与修复"方向的设立,选取26家学术职业组织、38家教育培训机构以及3家资格认证机构为对象,通过网络调研、文献调研和用户访谈,考察了美国、加拿大、英国、德国、日本等国的文献保护与修复职业资格认证情况,从资格获得方式、认证主体、认证程序、资质要求、专业教育等方面梳理总结了各国模式。进而结合中国职业资格认证新的政策环境以及专业学位教育改革,就调研对象在文献保护与修复职业资格认证的目的和主体,职业资格与专业教育的互动、与继续教育的结合,以及职业道德等方面的可资借鉴之处作了具体分析。
Through online survey, literature review and expert interview, this paper investigates twenty-six academic and professional organizations, thirty-eight education and training institutions and three professional certification bodies of the USA, Canada, UK, Germany and Japan, to find out their professional qualification patterns of P&C. After summarizing the different patterns including the responsible bodies, the procedure, the qualification requirements and the professional education, it goes on to analyze their experiences which can be referred by the Chinese peer under the new national policy background of professional qualification and on-going reform of the professional degree education. The purposes and the responsible bodies of professional qualification, the interaction between the professional qualification and education, the incorporation of the professional qualification and continued education and the respect of professional ethics have been discussed.
