摘要
干塘至武威铁路(以下简称干武线)是我国第一条沙漠电气化铁路,沿线地质情况主要为沙漠地质,工程地质条件较差。在本次既有干武线增建第二线工程接触网基础施工过程中,既有路基进行深度开挖时,外界扰动时容易引起土体结构破坏,基坑塌方严重。为了确保既有线路基稳定,不影响行车运输安全,同时也满足接触网基础设计需求,针对该工程的地质情况,结合既有线电气化改造,从现场施工角度考虑,设计了干武线电气化铁路增建第二线改造过程中用到的几种主要的接触网基础形式—直埋基础、刚性基础、高颈基础、浅埋扩展基础、井圈基础等。针对不同工况,分析了各类基础形式的特点和适用性。现场施工情况表明各类基础能很好地适应各类工况,为今后类似工程中接触网支柱基础的设计及选型提供了参考。
Gantang-Wuwei railway is the first electrified railway in the desert. Since the main geology of the line is desert,the engineering geological condition is poor. In the process of foundation construction for overhead contact system( OCS) of the existing Gantang-Wuwei electrified railway,the foundation pit collapsed seriously when the deep excavation is carried out on the existing subgrade because the external disturbance easily causes the damage of the soil structure. In order to ensure the stability of the existing subgrade,not to affect the safety of traffic transportation,and meet the demand of OCS foundation design for electrified railway. the several main types of OCS foundations used for the reform of new second line of Gantang-Wuwei electrified railway are designed-direct burial foundation,rigid foundation,high-neck foundation,shallow spread foundation,concrete ring foundation and so on from the point of view of the construction site,according to the geological conditions of the project and combined with the electrification reform of the existing lines. According to different conditions,characteristics and applicability of all kinds of foundations in the project are analyzed. The conditions of site construction show that all kinds of foundations can adapt to different conditions,which provides references for design and selection of mast foundation of overhead contact system in the similar electrified railway engineering in the future.
