摘要
目的探讨苏黄止咳胶囊联合富马酸酮替芬片治疗变应性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将变应性咳嗽患者49例随机分为观察组25例与对照组24例。对照组予富马酸酮替芬片口服;观察组在对照组的基础上加服苏黄止咳胶囊。观察2组治疗后的咳嗽症状积分评价止咳效果。停药后随诊4周,观察疾病复发律。结果治疗2周后对照组与观察组咳嗽积分与治疗前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),且复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苏黄止咳胶囊联合西药富马酸酮替芬片治疗变应性咳嗽有明显效果,且不良反应少,复发率低。
Objective To investigate the effect of ketotifen and Suhuang cough relieve capsule in the treatment of atopic cough. Methods A total of 49 patients were randomized into 2 groups,The control group were treated by ketotifen,while Suhuang cough relieve capsule was added in the observation group. Cough relief effects were evaluated after treatment by cough symptom score. A 4 weeks＇ follow- up was done after withdrawal to observe the disease recurrence rate. Results After2 weeks＇ treatment,compared with those before treatment,the cough scores of control group and observation group were reduced,and the differences were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The effect of the observation group was much better than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group with statistical significance（ P 0. 05）. The disease recurrence rate of the observation group was much lower than the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Suhuang cough relieve capsule combines with ketotifen have obvious effect in the treatment of atopic cough,with rare side effects and a low relapse rate.
