摘要
以新型伺服压力机传动机构为研究对象,采用解析法对其进行运动学分析,建立起以滑块运动曲线为输入,主控油缸运动曲线为输出的数学模型。基于热成形工艺要求,提出采用五次多项式规划新型伺服压力机热成形工艺曲线的方法,并通过实例验证规划方法的正确性。以规划所得的滑块运动参数曲线为输入,借助传动机构运动数学模型,获得主控油缸的控制曲线,为新型伺服压力机伺服控制系统的设计提供依据。
Focused on the drive mechanism of new servo press, this paper makes a kinematic analysis by using analytical method, establishes a mathematical model with the input of slide motion curve and output of the master cylinder motion curve.Based on the hot forming process requirements, it presents a method to plan the hot forming process curve of new servo press adopting quantic polynomial, and verifies the correctness of planning method by experiment. By inputting the slide motion parameter curve obtained by this plan, with the help of kinematic mathematical model of drive mechanism, the control curve of main control cylinder is acquired and the basis for the design of the control system of new servo press is provided.
