摘要
为了观察肠康1号保留灌肠配合穴位艾灸治疗脾虚湿盛型溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的临床疗效，回顾性分析2013年6月至2015年6月我院肛肠科收治的136例UC患者的临床资料。将136例随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各68例。治疗组用肠康1号保留灌肠配合穴位艾灸，治疗2个疗程（16d）。对照组用柳氮磺吡啶混悬液保留灌肠，治疗2个疗程（16d）。结果显示，治疗组68例，治愈56例，有效10例，治愈率82．4％，总有效率97．1％。对照组68例，治愈33例，有效27例，治愈率48．5％，总有效率88．2％。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结果表明，采用肠康I号保留灌肠配合穴位艾灸治疗UC疗效肯定，无不良反应。
In order to investigate the clinical effect of retention enema with Changkang NO.1 （a self-design Chinese drug formula） combined with acupoint moxibustion for treating with dampness abundance due to deficiency of spleen ulcerative colitis（UC）,authors retrospectively analyzed the data of 135 cases of UC admitted in author＇s department from June 2013 to June 2015 yr., randomly divided them into treatment group and control one,68 cases for each;the former adopted the therapy of Changkang NO.1 retention enema plus acupoint moxibustion, for 2 treatment courses（2× 8 days）, meanwhile the latter adopted sulfasalazine suspension for retention enema for 2 treatment courses（2 × 8 days）.As results,in the former 56 cases were cured, 10 were of response, curative rate was 82.4%,and total effective rate was 97.1% ,meanwhile in the latter 33,27,48.5 % and 88.2%, respectively; the total effective rate of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter there is statistics significance difference（ P〈0.05）.Results show that adopting above combined therapy for UC has certain effect and no adverse reaction.
