摘要
近年来,随着中国国际地位的提高,增强国际话语权的呼声日益高涨,如何提升话语权成为学术界的研究热点问题。本文认为,建构集体认同是增强中国国际话语权的关键。而集体认同的塑造既需要提出创新观念并获得认可;也要克服排他性的文化封闭主义,兼收各种文化优长;还要反对霸权话语宰制,处理好与西方话语体系的关系,这样才能提高中国话语被各国认同的可能性。另外,中国需要通过主动设置国际议程,促进认知变化;引领国际制度创新,以开放的态度化解疑虑;通过共同行动促进合作,以实践检验话语权的能力等途径不断加强在制度建设中的能力,从而落实中国的国际话语权。最后,要重视研究各国社会和人民的心理,促进与各国精英和民众的集体认同,如此才能为增强中国国际话语权奠定坚实的基础。
As China's international status rises, there is a growing call for China to enhance its international discursive power. As a result, discourse analysis has become a subject of intensive academic research. This article asserts that collective identification is essential to enhancing China's discoursive power. Collective identification requires not only innovative ideas and concepts, but also means the rejection of cultural autarky. Collective identification is also a process of interactions with Western discourse. China also needs to play a leading role in international agenda-setting so as to shape others' perception. In addition, it also needs to be a pioneer in international institutional innovation and follow an open-minded approach to promote common action. The study and interpretation of public opinion and social psychology in other countries are equally important if China wants to facilitate elites' and the public's collective identification in foreign lands.
