摘要
随着低碳理念在各国各行业的逐步深入,旅游业的低碳发展开始引起旅游相关管理机构和社会各界的关注。作为一个关联带动性非常强的行业,旅游业能耗与碳排放量的测算有一定的困难,但也具有举足轻重的意义。首先对旅游业估算边界进行了界定,然后运用"自下而上"的计算方法,通过文献研究、数理统计分析等方法,首次对福建省旅游业的能耗与碳排放量进行了初步估算。研究结果表明:10年来,福建省旅游业碳排放、能耗总量分别为25.70mt、耗能407.05PJ,占同期全国旅游碳排放量的4.50%,占同期福建省全行业碳排放总量的4.56%,与全球旅游业碳排放量占碳排放总量比例基本一致(5%,2007);旅游交通碳排放量、能耗分别占到全省旅游业碳排放和能耗总量的79.18%、90.38%,是福建省旅游业碳排放、能耗的主要来源。可见,福建省旅游业要实现节能减排必须首先做好旅游交通的低碳化改革。
With the low carbon concept infiltrating into all industries,low-carbonization development of tourism industry has aroused the focus of tourism related administrative departments and the whole society.With a strong industry promoting capacity,the estimation of carbon emission of tourism industry is somewhat difficult,but very significant.After defining the tourism industry estimation border,with up-down computing methods,based on literature review and statistical analysis,this paper primarily estimates the carbon emission of tourism industry in Fujian province.The results show that,the whole carbon emission and energy consumption of Fujian tourism industry is 25.70 mt and 407.05 PJ during the 10 years,accounting for 4.50% of the national tourism industry and 4.56% of all industries in Fujian,similar to global tourism carbon emission percentage(5%,2007);Carbon emission and energy consumption of the tourism transportation,respectively accounting for 79.18% and 90.38%,is the biggest carbon emission and energy consumption source;In conclusion,tourism industry low-carbonization should mainly focus on traffic in Fujian.
