摘要
以一台在役的六级整体齿轮增速式离心压缩机为研究对象,运用流固耦合方法,考虑可倾瓦滑动轴承轴瓦热膨胀的同时,分析不同的载荷大小和载荷角度导致的轴承刚度和阻尼的变化,并在此基础上建立四平行轴系转子系统三维模型,研究不同载荷下齿轮转子系统的不平衡响应规律和动力学行为。研究结果表明,对齿轮轴系的动力学行为分析,不仅要考虑轴瓦的热膨胀和轴承载荷的变化,还需考虑耦合转子的动力学行为。
This work takes a six-stage integrally geared centrifugal compressor in service as its research object and by means of the FSI method,while considering the thermal expansion of the TPJB bearing,the changes in bearing stiffness and damping have been investigated for different load size and load angle. On this basis,a three-dimensional model of a four parallel axis rotor system has been established,and the balance response law and the rotor dynamic behavior under different bearing loads have been studied. The results show that the dynamic analysis of the gear shaft not only needs to take into account thermal expansion of the bearing and bearing load changes,but also needs to consider the dynamic behavior of a coupled rotor.
