生物技术在玉米育种中的应用 被引量:20

Application of Biotechnology in Maize Breeding

摘要 随着人民生活水平的提高,迫切需要高产、抗逆、优质、抗病的玉米新品种。生物技术的迅猛发展和广泛应用,以及生物技术育种与常规育种技术的有机结合,开辟了玉米育种的新途径,不仅加快了玉米新品种的选育进程,也提高了玉米育种的效率。文中论述了玉米生物技术育种的种类及其特点,综述了基因工程技术在玉米抗逆、抗虫、抗除草剂、品质改良方面的应用,以及分子标记技术在玉米基因定位、遗传多样性分析、杂种优势类群的划分、种子纯度鉴定、分子标记辅助选育方面的应用和研究进展,展望了基因工程技术和分子标记技术在玉米育种中的应用前景,总结了生物技术与常规育种相结合的重要性。 With the increase of people's living standard,maize varieties of high yield,anti-adversity,high quality and disease resistance have been urgently needed. Maize breeding efficiency has increased significantly by the rapid development and wide application of biotechnology. The combination of conventional breeding method with biotechnology has not only offered a new way of maize breeding but also speeded up its progress. On this basis,kinds and characteristics of genetic engineering technology and molecular marker technology were analyzed,application of genetic engineering technology in stress tolerance,insect resistance,herbicide resistance and quality improvement and molecular marker technology in gene mapping,genetic diversity analysis,division of heterosis group,purity identification and marker-assisted selection were introduced in this paper. Application prospects of genetic engineering technology and molecular marker technology in maize breeding were expected,and importance of the combination of biotechnology with conventional maize breeding was summarized as well.
