摘要
简介了T型桁条的成型工艺方案以及成型模具的设计要求,针对T型桁条在成型过程中存在扭曲变形问题的原因进行了分析探究。进而在桁条制备工艺过程中采取预浸料质量控制、预浸料铺叠质量控制、三角区域质量控制以及固化参数的控制等相应质量控制措施,提高了产品的合格率。
This paper indicated the reason of torsional deformation of T type stringer, and introduced the processing plan of the moulding、the design of the mould in detail.The focus of the article is to analyze the problems of the T type stringer in processing and the quality control in the processing of the T type stringer, such as the quality control of the prepreg、the quality control of the prepreg lay-up、the quality control of the triangle area、the control of the curing parameters.
