计及直流配电效益的混合储能系统容量配置模型 被引量:5

Capacity Configuration Model of Hybrid Energy Storage System Considering DC Distribution Benefit

摘要 为了解决在直流配电网下平抑风电场出力波动的混合储能系统容量优化配置问题,提出了一种以钒电池-超级电容混合储能系统为研究对象的多目标容量配置模型。首先,以风电场实际输出功率和储能设备荷电状态为指标构建了风电场目标功率输出曲线;然后,分别建立了以计及直流配电效益的最小年均成本和最大风电场输出功率合格率为目标函数,以荷电状态、功率出力等为约束条件的多目标容量优化配置模型;最后,采用自适应遗传算法求解所建模型。结果表明,直流配电效益主要体现在降低传输损耗带来的收益,而节省的换流成本和增加的直流换流站成本影响有限。 To solve the capacity optimal configuration problem of hybrid energy storage system for smoothing wind power fluctuating in the DC power distribution network,this paper proposes the multi-objective capacity configuration model with taking hybrid energy storage system which composed by Vanadium redox flowbattery and ultra capacitor as research objects. Firstly,we take the real output of wind power and the charge state of energy storage as indicators to establish the desired output curve of wind power. Then,we construct the multi-objective capacity optimal configuration model which takes the minimum annual cost considering DC distribution benefit and the maximum percent of pass of wind power output power as objective functions,the charge state and power output as constraints. Finally,we adopt adaptive genetic algorithm to solve the proposed model. The results showthat DC distribution benefit is mainly reflected in the income of reducing transmission loss,and has a limited impact on saving converter cost and increasing DC converter station cost.
