摘要
农产品质量检测技术是农业标准化与质量检测专业的主要专业课程之一,有着较强的理论性与实践性,其教学体系和教学方法的完善对于保证良好的教学效果至关重要。笔者针对课程教学中的问题,从教学模式、教学方法、实践课程构建、职业实习等方面进行改革,增强了学生的专业学习兴趣,取得很好的教学效果。
Quality inspection technique for agro-products is one of main courses in the major of agriculture standardization and quality inspection with strong theoretical and practical features,the improvement of its teaching system and method is of great significant for ensuring good teaching effect. Aiming at the problems,teaching mode,teaching method,practical course construction and vocational practice were reformed,which can enhance students＇ learning interest and obtain good teaching effect.
