摘要
针对轮椅短车架零件的结构特点,结合生产实际,运用AnyCasting软件模拟了流道尺寸对缩孔、缩松的影响。结果表明,挤压铸造流道设计对铸件的补缩效果有重要影响,挤压铸造时合金液在补缩压力下流经浇道对铸件进行补缩,但对远离浇口的铸件厚大部位因压力传递的有效性受到限制。采用局部挤压或冷却水、激冷块等措施来调节厚大部位的凝固顺序,可以减少缩孔、缩松缺陷。
Aiming at the short frame structure characteristics combined with production practice,the Anycasting software was used to analyze the effects of runner size on the shrinkage porosity(holes).The results reveal that runner design has important influence on feeding effect of the part in squeezing casting.The feeding pressure of alloy liquid can feed for the parts though the runner during the squeeze casting.However,for the thick position far away the gate,feeding effects is inhibited because of the validity of the pressure transfer by the structure of the short frame.Through adopting partial extrusion or cooling water and chilling block,the elimination of local shrinkage porosity can be realized by adjusting solidification sequence of the thick parts.
