摘要
目的:建立食品中6种合成着色剂柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝的定性、定量分析方法。方法:样品经乙醇-水(v/v=1∶1)作为提取剂进行提取,聚酰胺固相萃取柱进行净化、浓缩后,以甲醇+10mmol/L乙酸铵为流动相,梯度洗脱进行分离,经ESI源(+)电离,多反应监测(MRM)定性和定量。结果:该方法检出限为5μg/kg^20μg/kg,回收率在81.1%~108.1%之间,相对标准偏差为0.9%~5.3%(n=6),标准曲线相关系数r^2为0.9944~0.9993。结论:本方法准确度高,具有良好的重现性和精密度,适用于食品中6种人工合成着色剂的确证和定量分析。
Objective:A method by using solid-phase extraction coupled with HPLC-MS/MS for determination of 6 kinds of synthetic pigments was developed. Method :The samples were extracted by ethanol and water( v/v=1:1)as an extracting agent,purified by polyamide SPE column and after concentration was directly analyzed by HPLCMS/MS using mobile phase of methanol and acetic ammonium solution(10mmol/L)mixture for gradient elution,confirmed and quantified in the MRM mode via positive electrospray ionization(ESI). Result :The threshold of the detection was between 5μg/kg ~ 20μg/kg. The overrall recoveries were between 81.1% ~ 108.1%,and the RSD was 0.9% ~ 5.3%( n=6),the correlation(r^2)was between 0.9944 ~ 0.9993.Conclusion :The method was found to be accurate and sensitive with a good reproducibility and suitable for the confirmation and quantified analysis of 6 kinds of synthetic pigments in foods.
