可吸收棒治疗桡骨小头骨折效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察可吸收棒治疗MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型桡骨小头骨折的效果及安全性。方法 100例MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型桡骨小头骨折患者,按入院时间分为对照组与观察组,各50例。观察组采用可吸收棒内固定治疗,对照组采用常规微型钢板螺钉内固定治疗。两组随访1年,观察1年后肘关节功能恢复及并发症情况。结果观察组术中出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率少于对照组,肘关节功能恢复优秀率(75.0%)明显高于对照组(44.9%),除住院时间、并发症发生率外,术中出血量和肘关节恢复优秀率组间差异有统计学意义。结论应用可吸收棒内固定治疗MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型桡骨小头骨折具有术中出血量少,术后肘关节功能恢复好,无需二次手术取出固定物的优点。
