摘要
基于2007年的CHIP数据,本文使用Appleton(1999)分解方法研究了行业选择影响性别工资差异的具体情况。研究结果发现,行业选择对性别工资差异具有较小影响,女性主要是在行业内受到歧视,故而缩小性别差异的关键在于提升女性在行业内的工资。
Based on the CHIPS data of 2007,this research,using employing Appleton(1999)decompositionmethod,studies the gender wage gap influenced by industry selection. The research results show that industry se-lection has small influenceson gender wage gap. The females are mainly encountered with discrimination inside theindustry,and therefore the key to narrowing the gender gap is to raise the wages of females inside the industry.
