摘要
本文首先分析了沈阳轨道交通建设需要应对的几个问题,并从打造轨道交通类专业群、构建"双师型"专业化教师队伍、校企合作共建"地铁学院"、构建"校企合作"科研平台等方面,对交通类高职教育示范校培养轨道交通高素质、高技能、应用型人才培养做了探索。
The article firstly analyzes the existing problems in construction of Shenyang rail transportation. It puts forward an exploration of training high-skilled applied talents with high quality for rail transportation in higher vocation colleges of communications, through the aspects of building rail transit engineering group, double professional teachers, subway institute and scientific research platform based on university-enterprise cooperation, etc.
