湿法纺各阶段聚丙烯腈基原丝微结构的X射线衍射分析 被引量:4

Micro-structural feature of wet-spun PAN-based carbon fibre precursor analyzed by X-ray Diffraction

摘要 使用X射线衍射技术跟踪测试了生产工艺各关键节点处的聚丙烯腈原丝,并将最终制得的成品原丝与日本T700原丝进行了比较研究。目的是掌握生产过程中原丝微观结构的变化规律,了解自制原丝存在的不足之处,从而改进工艺、提高自制原丝质量。分析测试证实,随着纺丝工艺的进行,纤维不断细旦化、致密化,结晶度逐步增高;自制原丝采用较大的初始牵伸力能够促使高分子链更好的伸直取向,但过大会拉伤凝胶网络中的骨架而影响结晶度;在凝固-拉伸阶段、凝聚态变化形成超分子结构的过程中,日本T700原丝中各分子的变化更趋于一致,而自制原丝采用的湿纺工艺在此阶段仍存在问题。 A tracking test on the raw silks which were on the key process nodes was conducted with X-ray diffraction and comparing the differences between the homemade precursor and the Japan T700 precursor.It was to predominate the variation of raw silk,to find deficiencies of homemade precursor,to improve the production process and to raise the production of raw silk.The result showed that with the spinning processes going on,the fibre got more and more densification and fine denier.Crystallinity had gradually increased.Homemade precursor using larger initial drafting force would straighten orientation of macromolecule chain better,but too much strain will pull frame in the gel network and influenced the crystallinity of precursor.The surface defects of fiber were mainly introduced by the production process.In solidification-drawing process,the dramatic changes of condensed matter formed supramolecular structure.The changes of each molecule in Japan T700 precursor was more consistent,but wet spinning process of homemade precursor still exit problems in this respect.
