蒸汽闪爆—亚氯酸钠—碱处理三步法制备棉秆皮纤维研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用蒸汽闪爆—亚氯酸钠—碱处理三步法制备棉杆皮纤维。通过FT-IR、SEM、XRD等研究了所制备棉杆皮纤维的成分、表面形态、结晶结构,保水性能和拉伸性能等。结果表明,蒸汽闪爆—亚氯酸钠—碱处理法制得的棉秆皮纤维表面洁净,长度为57mm,细度为28dtex,断裂强度为2.47cN/dtex,结晶指数为74.56。 Cotton stalk bark fibers were prepared by a combination of steam explosion,sodium chlorite and alkali treatments.The composition,morphology,crystalline structure and thermal stability of fibers were investigated through FTIR,SEM,XRD and TGA.The water retention and mechanical properties were investigated as well.Results indicated that the fibers prepared by above combined process had clean surface and superior thermal stability.The length,fineness,tensile strength and crystallinity index were 57 mm,28dtex,2.47cN/dtex and 74.56 respectively.
