摘要
以玉米秸秆粉末和废瓦楞纸板为主要原料,通过微波发泡研制出了一种环境友好的新型缓冲包装材料。研究结果表明:发泡剂、丙三醇、微波功率及微波时间均是影响制品性能的主要因素。当发泡剂为1.6g(即碳酸氢钠和偶氮二异丁腈各0.8g),丙三醇2.5g,微波炉功率640W,发泡12min时,得到的发泡材料性能最优,并通过静态压缩实验,得到制品的应力-应变曲线,其近似直线,可认为是线弹性材料。另外,实验显示,经过预压缩的制品,表现出更好的回弹性。
Corn stalk powder and waste corrugated cardboard were used as the main raw materials to manufacture environmental friendly new type cushion package material by microwave foaming.The result indicated that the content of foaming agent,glycerol,the microwave power and the microwave time were the main factors affecting the product performance.When the content of foaming agent was 1.6g,(i.e.,NaHCO3 and azobisisobutyronitrile were 0.8g,respectively),glycerol 2.5g,setting foaming power was 640 W as high fire for 12 minutes,the performance of product was optimal.Through the static compression test,the stress-strain curve of product presented a straight line and the product can be considered as a linear elastic material.Further,the experiment showed that the products after pre-compressing behaved better resilience.
