摘要
为便于研究压滤机滤室内料浆的流动形态和规律并以此来提高过滤效率,建立滤室三维几何模型。应用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对中心进料厢式压滤机过滤过程进行数值模拟。通过流体仿真软件Fluent得到滤室内流体的固相体积分数增长规律、速度云图、速度矢量图、滤饼形成规律和滤室内压强分布云图。分析各入口速度下滤室内不同粒径的固相的体积分数增长规律,并结合不同入口速度下滤室内的压强大小,选定了在较高过滤效率下合适的入口速度。通过对速度云图、速度矢量图的分析,得出了流体在滤室内的流动状态和对过滤效率的影响。通过对滤饼的形成及发展规律的分析,为压滤机过滤效率的提高并更好地指导实际工作提供参考。
In order to observe the flow morphology and regularity of the slurry within filter chamber and ultimately improve the filtration efficiency,3Dgeometry model of filter chamber was built.By adopting center feeding,Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)method was used to simulate the filtration process within the filter chamber of chamber filter press.Solid volume fraction increasing law,velocity distribution cloud images,velocity vector images,filter cakes formation law and pressure distribution cloud images within the filter chamber were obtained with the established model through the fluid simulation software Fluent.Under every entrance velocity,analysis of the solid volume fraction growth rate of different particle size within the filter chamber was analyzed,and combined with the pressure size distribution within the filter chamber at different entrance velocities;the appropriate entrance velocity was selected under higher filtration efficiency.By analyzing the velocity distribution cloud images and velocity vector images,the fluid flow state in the filter chamber and the impact on the filtration rate were obtained.By analyzing the formation and development laws of filter cakes,reference on better guide the practical work and improve the filtration efficiency of the filter press was provided.
